Track & Station Button below the diamond button no longer seems to work.

The "change track or station button" below the quick access button on the steering wheel has stopped working & I cannot fathom why this is.

Has anyone else had any problems with this, or am I just missing a trick?

From your post it appears that the button does not work for any usage. If this was specific to CarPlay use, it might be a software problem. However, as you describe it, this may be a hardware failure requiring your dealer's maintenance department.

I use this feature often on my 2024 and have seem no issues.

The only other possibility is that this problem goes away after what my dealer calls a "lock and walk". The car needs to be parked for 15 minutes or more with all keys far enough away for the car to completely shut down and restart. I doubt this will fix it based on your description, but it is the only other simple fix I can think of.
