I receive the message on my PCM almost every time I start my car-any suggestions as to the cause. The dealer does not know how to resolve the issue. Also, I would also loose the audio in the car, no explanation. If I turn the car off for a minute and restart audio is fine. I had the latest software update installed yesterday-hoping that update resolves the loss of audio issue. Any help would be appreciated.
As an FYI, once I X out of the message Sirius syncs and works just fine. The message appears whether my phone is connected to the car or not.

Are you using the SiriusXM app downloaded into the PCM, or are you using the app through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?

There is a clear view to the satellite. It does not matter where the car is at. I am using Sirius that is integrated into the PCM, not the app. in car play. Keep in mind, that the message pops up right when the car is started. It does not matter if the audio source is FM, Car Play or Sirius being played via the PCM.

I suggest deleting the app in the PCM, then try using the app via CarPlay.

This assumes you have a SiriusXM app with a subscription. (There is one subscription level that allows you to have a SiriusXM account mapped to your car radio, and use the Internet app.)

That will not work. This is the Sirius that is integrated into the PCM. Not app based. What you suggest would be the equivalent of deleting FM which is integrated into the PCM.

I suggest you refer to this official Porsche video for some guidelines on using media in the Macan EV

Also try hiding the app. You can deselect SiriusXM from your active media sources so it does not appear when you cycle through your available radio and streaming options.

I have XM and get the same message sometimes. I have defaulted to ignoring it and just click through it. Not optimal, but no stress.
