Premature service alert for cabin air filter..

On my 'My Porsche' app, and alert appeared to change the cabin air filter. On the Macan 4 cabin screen, there is no service alert; in fact it shows no filter replacement is due for 250+ days. . . Any one else getting this?

Yes, I have this as well. Also just in the app and no info displayed anywhere in the car.

Same here! Servicing next month but I'm skeptical they will be able to fix - bugs me when I see it in the app though

The third week of ownership my app told me I was due for service. It went away after about another week.

I had this after my 911 TS went for service. You can delete within the mmi.

Yes – I have seen this before. Occassionally when the service data is rewritten through our testers, it doesn’t always reset the “Smart Services”.



This is really easy to reset through the PCM on the car.



If you go to the main menu, scroll down and select Smart Service, click the “Replace Air Filter” and click “Yes”. This should reset it.
