Permanent OBD power after Software update ?

Can anyone confirm OBD power is still permanent after the Latest Software update?
For some reason my 12Vpower stops now after the car is parked 30min.

For some reason my 12Vpower stops now after the car is parked 30min.

Forgetting before, but OBD ports generally shouldn't have power after locking the vehicle by design for security purposes. How most vehicles were stolen prior relay theft becoming increasingly common and power being revoked from OBD units.
