Has anyone gotten YouTube TV or Apple TV to actually play on the Macan EV passenger screen using the Vivaldi browser?
I can log into YouTube TV, see the home screen and the game thumbnail, but when I hit play I get an error (“try again later”).
Curious if this works for anyone or if there’s a workaround. (I tried pre-recorded shows on Apple TV, but still no joy.)

I don't know if it will do YouTube TV, but have you tried the YouTube app that's available to download in the PCM? That app works reasonably well for regular YouTube content.

Trying to use the Vivaldi browser for any sort of web-based video is a chore. The screen navigation is difficult, the links/buttons are tiny. I gave up trying that.

I finally just bought a portable video monitor, a Starlink Mini, and a Superbox do the passengers can watch live TV on road trips. And depending on your cell phone, just connecting it via USB cable to a $60 portable monitor works well. Until I checked Amazon, I didn't realize they even made those laptop-like monitors like that.

Yes, I can watch YouTube via the app. It seems the Vivaldi browser won't do full-blown video streaming, which is disappointing. I suppose we'll use our laptops for that, as we've always done (which is not very often). Thanks for your response. And, btw... We've owned the Macan 4 for a while now and absolutely love it.

We didn't get the second screen, but I can use the Vivaldi browser to stream full screen video- I often watch CNN/BBC etc while charging, it's from some pirated site (which I don't have handy - we are away). The stream continues audio-only when the car moves.

Thank you - If you remember the site, let me know, please

I Have the YouTube app installed and the Vivaldi browser. Both work on the passenger screen.
I even confirmed that I could connect the car to my phone’s hotspot to use my unlimited data on my phone to stream on the passenger screen and that also worked like a charm.
The car data bundle is only 5GB in The Netherlands by default which is not that much.
