New macan turbo

Hi, I’m new to this forum and new to the ev world. We just had our new macan turbo delivered…what a stunning beauty it is (according to us- ). I haven’t driven it yet but I will have a review after some more time. First impressions: what a beautiful car in a stunning color dolomite silver with gloss black accents. Interior is looking fabulous with extended leather, turbonite trim (incl seatbelts, sport chrono clock). Looking forward driving it.

Those spyder wheels are full gloss black, right?, (not satin black or jet black metallic)? They look to be the full gloss ones, but just asking because I may pick up a set for my dolomite silver Macan 4, and the configurator does not show a big difference between some of these variations.

Picked up my new volcano grey/brown truffle turbo last week. Unfortunately, the powered door over the passenger side charger does not open with a hand swipe. Opens fine from the dashboard screen, so has to be a sensor problem. Dealer couldn't fix it and has a call into Porsche. Hopefully, the upcoming software update will cure the problem. Otherwise, the speed in this thing is ludicrous!

Drove some miles today…what a ridiculous amount of power…yet tremendous fun as well -…compared to the daily x5 45e: same comfort in normal mode, little smaller so easier to park, have to figure out how to activate front camera when exiting my driveway(found out by early experience ). For now I live the Jekyll and Hyde side of the turbo…
