So, in my BMW X3 (last generation): as described in the quote above, if no front passenger, then you have to slide the buckle to the very top and it then connects to the ‘hoop’ area, which is magnetic, and stays there. Is the Macan seatbelt ’hoop’ bit magnetic also?I saw this mentioned in another post on here but the passenger seatbelt issue can be resolved by pushing the clasp (the bit that goes into the car when someone sits there) to the top of the belt on the door pillar.
It holds in place and stops the rattle when there is no passenger. Works like a dream...
