Turned on the climate control in my Macan 4 via the My Porsche app this morning prior to leaving for the office - temperature was about 30 degrees Fahrenheit, and my Macan was outside on the driveway. Windows were all free of frost, interior nice and warm etc. I attempted to open the rear hatch to toss my briefcase in the luggage area/boot and the hatch wouldn't open - I assume it was frozen shut (we had some rain earlier in the day yesterday).
I tried using the button on the hatch to get it to open, initially to no avail. Finally it opened up perhaps a foot - I attempted to manually lift it up higher - then used the button on the hatch lid to close it. Finally the hatch fully opened, with no further issues.
Has anyone encountered this issue previously?
And also - my review camera was completely iced over - I'm assuming that the camera isn't heated.
