How to turn on heated wing mirrors & windscreen?

Did you ever hear back from Porsche?
The new cars still advertise draft free heated windshield.

I've also been annoyed with the heated mirrors, they only work when the rear defroster is on but the read defroster shuts off automatically after a few minutes.

All Porsches have the same setup for demisting. I'm sure some VAG bean counter reckoned a cost cut for a separate heating control for the mirrors was worth it!

In my experience 10 mins isnusually more than enough for the mirrors but not always the rear screen.

Using the Max Defrost button on the climate control panel.

I am sure that you shall use the rear button on the climate control panel, not the max button

The question was about turning on the heated windscreen. That is turned on using the Max Defrost button.
