Help! Climate control on iphone app stuck

on my iPhone app Climate Control is stuck on - can’t turn it off, can’t turn it on. It is not actually on in the car. Any ideas on how to reset?

I have the same challenge, but no answers yet. Mine go a bit further too: while the app properly reflects the car’s charging status, like yours mine also won’t properly operate climate control (important as it gets colder here), nor the door locking functions. Importantly, my vehicle location (on the app only) is also seriously hit or miss - and most frequently miss. All of this worked perfectly until a few weeks ago.
Looking for ideas here too.

I would delete the app and reinstall it. Any data that it has saved on the phone will be gone, so hopefully that will fix it.

All functions that were available from my phone and all the Macan's internet communications were locked up and not cured until the dealer conversed with Porsche and had the car's software all reset.

Don’t know about in the US but the App in the UK ‘store‘ was updated today. Perhaps downloading the update may solve it without losing the existing data.
