Charging planner after 28.13 update ignores target SoC

After the latest 28.13 update my navigation with active charging planner stopped informing me during DC charging that the SoC reached the target level and I can continue driving. Instead the target when reached suddenly changes (goes up). At first I though perhaps the target changed based on the temperature or my driving speed but now I see it ignores the % SoC at the destination and never shows it's OK to continue driving.

Anyone with this problem and perhaps a fix?
