[ADVICE REQUEST] 2026 Macan EV Build-Out

UPDATE: I received my vehicle sooner than expected!

For context: I've been searching the past 6 months for a specific build on the resale market but I wasn't able to find anything similar. My luck felt thin, and with a baby on the way, time was running out.

As I was about to enter the final stage of locking my custom build-to-order, I searched "Macan resale" on Google one last time. Serendipitously, the first ad was a 2024 Macan 4 CPO optioned as a near identical match for 88k @ 400 miles! It also had additional features including InnoDrive, Sport Chrono Package, Passenger Display, and PPF (as it was a demo vehicle with no prior ownership). This amounted to a savings of ~$30k.

On the rainy drive home, the car handled beautifully.
I was amazed how quickly the personality of the car switched; in seconds, I went from the cozy comforts of "Normal" to the fun of weaving between lanes while driving in "Sport Plus". It felt exhilarating to drive a car that responded back, evidenced by feedback as apparent as the Active Suspension Management [PASM] to the subtleties of a rear spoiler that retracts at variable lengths (via Active Aerodynamics [PAA]). Before I knew it, my 2 hour drive was up, and I actually felt sad that it came to an end for the rest of the evening.

As I went to bed, I laid awake thinking, "Holy hell, this car really is that good. This is undoubtedly best EV SUV on the market today as I can't think of anything better".

I also found myself thinking, "I guess All Roads Lead To CPO".

Great news that you found a car to fit your specifications. I think the 4 will handle better in the bad weather than the base would have. I’m looking forward to seeing more pictures when you have a chance. I think you be glad you have the sport chrono and the passenger display. The dash looks empty without the clock and the passenger display is handy on long trips. Does it have Bose or Burmester?

It's optioned with the Bose as part of the Premium Package.
After conducting some A/B testing (Bose vs Burmester), I personally felt that the lower end frequencies from the Burmester were lacking and therefore the upgrade was not worth searching for.

My future self feels torn as I'd love to option the Burmester for a fully loaded Cayenne Coupe Turbo EV one day.
Hopefully they'll address this concern for future models.
