    Yes, happens to me but only when slowly creeping backward without pushing the accelerator pedal. I think maybe the car thinks that I am not paying attention, lifted my foot off the brake and rolling backward without knowing it.

    I think the website says 15W which is the MagSafe standard. Sometimes the phone gets hot depending on what it is doing (navigation, music, etc.) but I think that is more a phone issue than the charging issue.

    A few dB is not going to be noticeable. And unless you are a professional race car driver that is going to track this car, any of those tires will be fine.
