My 25 Taycan displays the Android Auto directions every time in the HUD, my 24 Macan does not. My guess is the problem is in the Macan software interacting with Android Auto.
You are not doing anything wrong as far as I know. The only way I have found is to do what others have mentioned, and that is to not power off, just open the door, get out, close the door and the macan shuts down (after you walk away). Very strange IMHO, I still don't like it. I really don't see...
May be a dumb question, but why even bother with the update at this point? Based on these threads I have been holding off going to the dealer for an update which could disable L2 home charging (which I do almost exclusively). Tempting fate here I know, but my Macan has been pretty trouble free...
They may be service loaners. I bought a service loaner macan 4 that had a few thousand miles on it. It was listed as new for registration purposes if I remember correctly.
I also got the email yesterday, but based on conversations on WSJ0 threads here, I may hold off for a while, as it seems some can no longer level 2 charge at home after the update.
Geez, I just got the email today to get the WSJ0 update. After reading through the home charging issues you guys are having, I think I will wait this out since my 24 Macan 4 is relatively trouble free. Seems Porsche did not test the update thoroughly enough.
I just installed Bosch Icon 26OE and 21OE, fits perfect (use the number 4 adapter). My stock blade on passenger side (on a Macan 4) was measured actual 21 inch.
Wondering if you have tried these 26/22 size? My originals are streaking bad, but I measure 26/21 on my Macan 4. Worried the 22 passenger side would rub against the windshield frame? Thanks
