Do they have evidence the module was defective or are they just replacing random parts? Anyway, it sounds like you will be on lemon law territory if they don't fix it properly.

My arrival SoC is set at 10% so that is not the issue. I also check the route plan and there is no charging stop. See my previous video where I chose a destination only 1.8miles away, still same issue.

Here is another video that shows the crazy arrival SoC without any charging stops or any nearby chargers. I just set a destination two miles away to test. My SoC was 57% and the car estimated I will arrive at 82%!!! No intermediate stop.
