Yes - thatās what I heard as well (in terms of the rear camera). Also note though (as Iāve read), the prewiring option does also get you an extra circuit and fuse location - so not just the video wiring.
So again IF people are thinking theyād like to go down the āPorsche Dashcamā route, Iād...
Unfortunately no specific button to trigger a manual event. For recording options, there are various drive recording modes options (whilst vehicle is on) for the Dashcam to either continuously record, only record when āshockedā (ie only record when vibration is sensed - this also categorises...
TLDR: In my experience, the Porsche Dashcam is expensive due to ā Porsche Taxā but at same time it just works and should be a good option for those wanting to go down the āOriginalā route (for whatever reason)
Honestly, I was pretty worried/apprehensive given all the nay-saying about the...
Just received my carbon fibre key casings today.
Fit is spot-on and snaps shut pretty convincingly (not worried itāll fall/pop out). Also additional benefit that it gives the buttons a raised lip, so chances of accidental presses are much reduced.
Overall, Iām very happy.
*not a paid...
I'm probably going to be zero help here, but i did essentially the same without hitting the 'set' and unlock on the key to pair...
All i did was to ensure that one key was present (with other key out of range just to be safe); step into the vehicle, select the user profile in PCM that i wanted...
@Diego is now responsible for the AliExpress market on this forum (Or is he secretly a certain 'Jack' masquerading on the forum) ?
I actually ordered the exact same item 2 days ago - still awaiting delivery but good to see your pics and initial review!
Did the full vehicle Xpel and my installed also did the interior pieces in the same (Xpel Ultimate Plus) as well. Pretty pleased how it turned out as even the curved area at the bottom of the climate control panel got covered as well - something that a glass protector wouldnāt have been able to...
Oh, youāre from Penang!? Had seen the SG flag and assumed you were from Singapore ?
Honestly, the 20ās should be fine - it if I had more āsenseā, I would have probably gone for those - but since I speccād the rest of the vehicle to my preferences, I gave myself a bit of an āallowanceā to go for...
Hi @Mavshyn, thanks for replying with the info. Yes, just a pity we donāt get the Innodrive option as the vehicle probably has all the hardware it needs for it to function (Blindspot assist, ACC, cameras, etc).
At least your vehicle is already in Production - which is a huge step! Mine took...
Greetings from across the causeway!
Great colour indeed! :) Just pick up mine on Wednesday.
Can ask if Speed Limit info is shown in Singapore (as itās not in Malaysia)?
Thank goodness for the forum Search function - I got the same āerrorā in my vehicle today (just took delivery a couple days back) and was wondering the same thingā¦
Not a deal breaker (for me) - since we do have physical hardware to adjust settings - but would be nice to have - especially for...
After a 6 month wait - my vehicle finally arrived to showroom last Monday. From there was another 1.5 week wait to get the full PPF (Xpel) and ceramic done, tinting and Dashcam install done (all at showroom).
Pretty pleased at the Off-road package and how it breaks up the plastic on the front...
Thanks @Frankie & @krissrock for the advice - picked up my vehicle last evening and 1.5hrs later had done the following.
As previously confirmed, the M10316 in terms of connector position seems the same as the original lights (with the only difference with the M10311 being the position of the...
Iām a +1 for these 3D Mats (Kagu). Had/have these in in my cars and these do well to contain liquid spills plus general dirt - Plus Iām a general fan of the look.
Will definitely be waiting for these to be released for our vehicles.
Another alternative that some of us went for was this item found by @Diego in this old thread.
I also pre-ordered a set and canāt wait to install them in my vehicle next week.
Had me worried for a second as I had ordered the M10316 version as well to see everyone posting that is was the M10311. When I had looked at images for the original part number, the M10316 looked the most similar so I had ordered that.
Having said that, I suspect the only difference as others...
A very hearty congrats on your delivery! I still remember reading your earlier posts last year talking about speccing this out on the configurator. Always great to get IRL photos!
if I had a do-over (and some courage), Iād definitely look at contrast leather & stitching.
At my dealer a couple weeks ago, I had met another owner who had reported a similar issue.
Will be interested to follow this thread and findings (and software version as you mentioned).
Actually, I had come across the following when wondering about towing implications should battery die in the thread I had started.
In short, there is a way to pop the frunk should be the 12V battery die.
Alternatively, if you're talking about having to enter a PIN code every time you start vehicle then it could just be that you have to disable "Access Protection" to "No Access Protection".
