The option is in the UK configurator. It canāt be a regulatory issue in the US as itās still offered on the Cayenne EV there, as well as being approved for years.
If it is a mistake missing from the US configurator, that applies to the ICE Macan as well..

The new Cayenne EV, which uses different battery technology, the owners manual recommends a recalibration every 4,000 miles. I have no idea if recalibration is different to rebalancing - this is a far simpler procedure, although Iāve never run my S down to 4%.

I had this issue. It was resolved by the dealer installing several small updates including a battery management one. The issue occurred after the major update but not immediately. Been fine ever since The BM update.
