Just got my car back, charging now works. Also found a bill from a fast food place guessing they took the car out for a ride. Don’t know if they allow to do that.
Update: after not having my vehicle for 3 months got a call saying they want to come to the house and test if the vehicle will charge. Clearly they have updated the vehicle with the new version without asking me but if the charging work I’ll be happy.
Still no update either car is just sitting at the dealership parking lot covered in snow by now. Case has been made but no one has called. Feels like my dealership gave up.
A Porsche technician came yesterday to my house with another Macan 4 with the same update I got on my Macan 4 and they couldn’t charge either. He said he will pull the error code and talk to Porsche NA. Let’s see where this goes.
They ended up giving me a Macan ev loaner after a month with an ice Macan that was given to me still dirty with dirty wipes in the center console AND they didn’t even bother cleaning the snow off the car when I picked it up.
mean while my dealership has had my 2025 Macan 4 for almost 2 months and they still think my house is the issue. Will be calling the dealership tomorrow and bringing this to their attention. Thank you so much for posting this!!

This is the Porsche NA number had to call it a couple of times when the dealership wasn’t taking my Macan 4 charging issue seriously.
Highly doubt that Porsche tech came with a 2024 Macan turbo was were able to charge try my Macan 2025 Macan 4 wasn’t able. I also have been to multiple houses and yet to find a house that my Macan charges at after the software update.😖
