The left one is the cable cover for the short cables, since they are changeable, in north america the charger comes with 110v nema 5-15 plug and a nema 14-50 50amp plug, so this cover is to use when one of the cable is not in use..
For the right part, i'm not sure what it's for, maybe to be on the edge of the charger to better support the charging cable, but it's just an assumption, i don't remember getting this part, but i didn't really open the charger case on my Macan yet...
EDIT - the answer is here i think, it's the top part of the charger mounting bracket, here is how it all comes together -MOUNTS MANUAL
