Tried super charging multiple times could not get past 40kw anymore

Cannot get past 40kw charging speed at super chargers. Sometimes got 34-40 kw max speeds. I did reset the profile in the pcm once but redid it just fine everything else works perfectly. Truck is up to date also. Before previously two times I had charged it twice once at electrify America and another at tesla and both times got speeds of 150-200kw.

Was there a update that glitched the charging speeds?

Battery is at 21 degrees Celsius before charging each time.

Truck has been driven at least a hour each time before almost always in sport plus

Didn't input in porsche app or navigation directions to charger just drove there

Tried electrify chargwrs 2 different locations and tesla also.

Have you tried using the porsche Nav app, as I suspect the battery is not at the optimum temperature for high speed charging. I have a MY26 Macan which shows on the side of the battery guage the instant max charge rate and at normal temps you will get low charge rate, for fast charge it will need to be around 43c please see pictures below

Battery temp was reported as 21c, which is a little below the optimum starting temp for charging, but not enough to drop speed to only 40kw.

That first photo clearly shows a max charge speed higher than 40 at a much lower temperature than 21c

This low speed is a common problem reported by several people in the post I linked to

Notice that the second photo above with the battery temperature shows the range (gray bar on the right of the dial) starting MUCH lower than 43c and that temperature is NOT the optimum temperature for starting a charging session. This range starts about 25c. 43c is a mid-charge temperature that is expected as power is stored in the battery
