Is the thinking here that ignoring it could cause issues further down the line? Here’s mine , not leaking air at all.
It was glass apparently. Tyre place suggest plug with patch behind - Porsche 2 new tyres £960!Is the thinking here that ignoring it could cause issues further down the line?
If the screw that caused the puncture is removed it would probably leak, so should be addressed sooner rather than later.
Prime candidate for a plug!
Mine isn’t actually losing air - it’s a cut - tire place reckon they can make a hole and plug it ?Had a puncture on my few hundred miles old McLaren and went to Ameria’s tire. They took out the tire and patched it free of charge. Gave the guy $20. No issue.
They have a limit of how big the damage is I believe 1/4 inch and it has to be out of the side walls etc. I am not sure if the cut you have can be repaired.Mine isn’t actually losing air - it’s a cut - tire place reckon they can make a hole and plug it ?
