Porsche stopped deliveries and suspended its commercial operations in Russia after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, so well before any Macan EVs were shipped.

This problem appears tied to the Vehicle Tracking System, or VTS, which is satellite-linked. It is supposed to have affected cars sold from 2013, whether electric or not.
