Hi, I have just picked up a brand new Macan EV and within a couple of days the My Porsche app says I have “inactive services” ? However, when I click in it says both my Porsche Connect and Data Pass are activated ? ive spoken to the main dealer who says that he thinks they’ve got a couple of other customers with the same issue ? Any ideas on what’s wrong ?
