Hi all
Got my Macan this Monday and so far everything has run smoothly - the app has been working, charging, digital keys, everything.
Today I woke up to the below email and now I can't connect to the car through the app and the digital keys (obviously) don't work.
In all seriousness, what the actual f*ck Porsche? Imagine if I was somewhere without access to my physical key when this happened.
Anyone experienced this before or have any idea why they would delete my digital keys out of the blue?
Also, does your app also say that Porsche Connect services are inactive? I have reinstalled the app on my phone without any luck.
Bonus info, I couldn't show the satellite map in the car this morning, and it showed a globe with a line over it in the nav, so it seemed to be offline as well.
