Macan EV not maintaining data connection

Seems possible but if so bad trouble shooting

These Porsche techs have no idea what they doing with the EVs, they are still learning on the job as issues come up. I brought my car in for an "assistance system limited" warning and they claimed my charger port was bad causing the issue, eventually I learned that warning goes away on it own because it popped up after after their "repair" again.
