Lane Change and Turn Assist

I have a 2026 Macan EV and the warning lights are no longer working when traffic is detected in my blind spot. Either side! I have checked the assistance settings and the Lane Change and Turn Assist option is on. I have checked the Communication Lights setting and the option is checked. I have turned the options off, waited 15 minutes, and turned them back on again. Still no warning lights. The solution that worked for me: reset the mirrors by tucking them in toward the car. At least that worked - this time!

Same problem for me started happening middle of last week. In my case, I’d just gotten the car back from the dealer after they installed the OEM trailer hitch and control module. So not sure if related.

Looks like by resetting the mirrors - turning them both in toward the car like in park mode - the warning lights started working again. Go figure!
