New owner & forum member, first post, - I looked for and did not see a Welcome/FAQ post so here goes.....
We are still getting to know our Macan4S EV and with winter coming, new functions to learn specifically with climate operation. We have not figured out exactly what we are doing "wrong": at some point during the drive, if we change something in the climate settings, the heated steering wheel and seats switch off and will not switch back on again. We tried the voice command, which will turn them (seats and wheel)back on, but then they switch back off right away. It seems the only way to reset it so the two will stay on is to stop the car, turn the off, turn it back on again. We spent a good hour last night trying to figure out what exactly the sequence we were doing to cause this was, to no avail.
The manual and PCR manual are useless for additional information on the controls. I searched YT and didn't find anything either. Either we are doing something to cause this or there's a bug. I would appreciate any input or information. Thank you so much!!
