Do I need Headlight beam deflectors in France?

I’m travelling to France next week in my 4S.
Do I need headlight beam deflectors or does the auto headlight adjust cater for this requirement?

Activating travel mode

When you cross the border into a country where traffic drives on the other side of the road, the light distribution of the headlights must be adapted. All light distributions with the exception of the manual dimmed headlights are changed. This prevents oncoming traffic from being dazzled. When the traffic side is detected to be changed, the light distribution is changed automatically based on the navigation data or can be adjusted manually in the central display. After conversion, a notice appears in the instrument cluster every time readiness for operation is established.
