Charging very slow

Not sure if this is a Macan problem or my charger problem.
I have a 25 Macan Turbo, normally the charging is great, however the last few times I have charged it at night on a scheduled charge, it charges very very slowly. I have an Anderson charger. It says on the app “reduced maximum charge rate” and ideas on how to solve this? Thanks.
