I believe you might have the glitch when the car setup didn't work perfectly the first time, usually due to a spotty connection. Is it asking you to login every time you start the car and other small glitches?

A factory reset will fix this. I forget which screen exactly, but somewhere in settings you can do a "Factory Reset". It takes about 5-10 minutes to do the reset & setup. You will lose any saved settings.

Alternatively, if you're talking about having to enter a PIN code every time you start vehicle then it could just be that you have to disable "Access Protection" to "No Access Protection".

Is it possible to change this setting once the initial set up is complete? Our dealer missed this when we took delivery, and I can’t find a way to change it in the existing menus. It’s annoying to have to input the PIN each time we drive the car.

I’m hoping a factory reset isn’t necessary. It’d be a pain since we’ve had the vehicle for months.

TIA.

Yes it's possible, did it myself as I was in the same situation like you. Can't recall where it was exactly. Sure others here are happy to help out.
