Apple CarPlay Spotty?

Just FYI. My wife was having CarPlay spotty connection issues on her iPhone 15. I have had no issues with my 17 Pro connection. AI said it was due to temperamental tech in the older 15. Replaced her phone with a 17 Pro and now zero issues. Sometimes AI is right. Sometimes it’s not the Porsche technology.

I'm still running a iPhone 15 Pro and haven't had any CarPlay issues except early after taking delivery in February of 2025, which I resolved by deleting my driver profile and recreating it.

The problem you referenced may be specific to the model of the iPhone 15, there are hardware differences between the Pro and non-Pro models.
