Anyone know what this is on the paint?

Thanks for this, I just realised that my car has the gardx ceramic coating on so I wonder if this is the problem - I've never had this on previous cars and never seen this problem before. Maybe the sap has got under the coating somehow?

Shouldn’t have unless the coating was still curing when it occurred.

try some autosmart tardis or auto finesse olibetarate and try that. Should be gentle enough not to kill your coating. Use some ceramic top up afterwards; something like auto finesse ceramic or gyeon wet coat just to put some life back into it.
