This happens at least once a week to me as well. I can’t identify any pattern to it and it always resets after power down. Occasionally it occurs in tandem with the icon that shows that speed limit detection is not working. Porsche service isn’t sure.

We aren’t having issues with the swipe though but I was taught to go fairly far under, further than was intuitive.

I’m with you. Car way too expensive to hove So many issues. I’ve also had massive electrical problems with car play and electrical system. We’ve got rattles on both sides of the car. Also handling is too soft at Low speeds. Kind of a disappointment.

Curious if you are still using /loving the lane assist?

Yes. This happened when car play was in use. Dealer kept for 12 days and finally said it was a hardware issue and replaced something connecting the car play and the PCM. It has been better although still blacks out when car is in park and then starts again when car play is in user.

Thank you! I am used to Tesla. I did turn off the lane assist. Just a bummer as it was an expensive feature. agree!! Turning off fixed the steering issues too. Now I want my money back for the feature ???

FYI, my issue was hardware not software. In case that’s helpful for diagnostics. My dealer had never seen this before and so there was a lot of factory resetting, and software testing and waiting for Atlanta to talk to Germany etc… hopefully my pain equals your gain and you get turn around...
