I have suffered the same fate, tried clearing the cache per the previous instructions, soft reset and factory reset with no joy. Issue has been persistent for two days now.

Has anyone noticed the outside air temperature is very slow to react after period of parking.
This morning it was about 2.5 degrees c on the drive to the office.
Vehicle then parked in the sun / ambient temperature all day. Real OAT was circa 14 degrees c.
On start up, the car still displayed...
Unable to access any remote services via the app this morning. Nothing has changed within the vehicle with regards to privacy settings and this issue appears to have occurred overnight.
I suspect it maybe an outage at Porsche - can anyone else advise or are you having the same issue?

I finally resolved the regional settings issue, by deleting my account entirely and setting up an new one and getting everything linked to it.
submitted numerous tickets via the insta bug for the configurator images not showing but still nothing - I would have though it’s resolved for others it...
No joy for me as of yet, per Account, Contact and Help, I’m still in North America. All access to UK charging network removed, still no images of car, just the silhouette….
I don’t have that functionality in my app, for some reason it’s pulling Porsche North American config, despite me being in the UK, downloaded from UK App Store, no VPN, address all UK and vehicle link sent from Porsche GB to add vehicle to my existing account

Looks like the silhouette is affecting US app users, I’m in the UK but somehow have a US version of the app…
No there is no VPN active on my phone, I’ve downloaded the app onto a different device and the same US features are present when logging in. Both app stores are confirmed to be UK, and I have confirmed that my Porsche address is all UK based.
Yes it looks like for some reason I have the North American version of the application - this is confirmed by the contact telephone numbers and if I select Breakdown Call it references north america.
Yeah I have got nothing under FAQ section, I also note that you are UK based and that all the customer support contact details reflect the UK where as mine reflect the USA.
