It sounds like my experience is tracking similar to yours. I'm coming up on one week and still waiting for an update from the dealership. Shop foreman is also handling mine. The good news is my loaner is a Macan 4....:clap:

Mine does exactly the same thing. I (maybe mistakenly) assumed it was because every time I pull into my garage the front parking/proximity sensors go off and that warning light stays on even when I get into the vehicle the next day but seems to clear after a few miles of driving.

I ended up buying another sliding clamp for the driver side just like the one on the passenger side from my local Porsche dealership . It was a little over $4.00 but well worth it even though I can’t believe the car wasn’t shipped with one on each side.. ?‍♂️

I was told my order would lock on 9/1. Communication with the dealer is basically one way, meaning if I don't reach out I hear nothing, so I can only assume that's the date it locked.

Identical situation for me. Placed my 4S order right after it was announced and after I received confirmation from the dealer that I could switch. Vehicle is built, I have a VIN, and was told it should be at the dealership on 11/15 (NH). Can't wait!
