Out of Spec Dave had the same problem with a manual flap. They had the issue charging at a Porsche dealership and this how it was solved Yours may be the same problem.

Don’t know about in the US but the App in the UK ‘store‘ was updated today. Perhaps downloading the update may solve it without losing the existing data.

I had mine done under the ‘campaign’ and it does look anything like that. In fact I can’t see any difference but it certainly works. May be a different resolution in the UK ?
