Sounds like you believe the location might be correct. Why would a ship anchor for 5 days and not start its journey across the Atlantic?

I think I read somewhere that we lose tracking once the ship leaves the mainland areas. Our ship has been sitting between France and the UK for several days. Is this normal or where it loses tracking?

My SA gave me our ship name. It shows destination as Manzanillo, Panama and not Benicia which is shown on Porsche dealer s tracking screen. Is this normal? Do they change ships?

Sorry I'm confused by your earlier post which implies the app provides some tracking information. Does your app provide something and if so how did you get that part activated?

Can any other US bound owners confirm that their App does track progress like Wivenhoe shows? If so, did you get something from the dealer or some other method?
