I have periodically received these warnings as well over the past six months, however these warnings usually disappear after restarting the Macan. Unfortunately, the new software update installed last month did not resolve the issue.

Anyone find a solution to this issue? I put a bike rack on my Macan 4S for the first time. As the OP mentioned, the parking sensor silence button is grayed out when driving in reverse so I had no way to stop the annoying beep.

A much more useful message would be “you’ve left your phone in the charging cubby”!

I’m getting the software update tomorrow. I really hope this update fixes the myriad of warnings which briefly appear on my dashboard every few weeks! I’ll let you know how it goes when I pickup my 4S later this week.

It would be nice to have this as an option. In the meantime, I often use the Hold function by firmly pressing the brake pedal for 1-2 seconds while stopped which allows the driver to release the brake without creeping forward at stop lights.

I didn’t have any CarPlay issues in my 4S with iOS 18.4. Hopefully 18.4.1 doesn’t create new issues! ?

I have not tested for window leaks but am disappointed that the rear hatch drips water along the right and left inside edges of the rear trunk when lifted after a rainstorm. I expected it to channel the water along the outside edges of the tailgate like most other cars.

I’m on iOS 18.4 and am receiving the exact same error message in the app since the My Porsche app was updated to 15.0.0 last week.

Thanks for all the responses. Since no one reported any issues, I upgraded to iOS 18.4 tonight and CarPlay worked smoothly for me as well but no notable differences.
