Same 20 mile range drop in my BMW iX, i.e., I eft my roughly 70 degree garage with 174 mile range but by the time I had gone 1 mile it was 21 miles less.

Good point craz8, that we all should first check with our electric utility. Mine offers $250 off for new EVSE install (either a direct check to the customer or a bill credit).

If i were installing a new one right now, I would get a Chargepoint hard wired one. They are rated so highly by folks I trust, e.g., such as Tom McLoughney @ StateOfCharge. And still inspite of Porsche sale pricing, the Charepoint is $450 less.

In these pictures and in the configurator option section we see the taillight/light strip options as “satin black, “black,” and “Glacier Blue.” Yet I also see in one picture below white tailights. Is the white standard? If not, how does one get white tailight lettering please?

Understand and feel that mentality too. We put up with the gas station for our gas guzzling Z06 (though now its in winter hibernation), but other than its gas station use we have not been to a station in over a year. We love our EV, e.g., garage charging it 95% of the time.
