I found the schedule - thanks to another post elsewhere in this forum, once the boat departed I emailed my dealer to check if my car was on it. TYD updated a few hours later - which isn’t bad, all things considered

It departed today!! Hopefully there’s no hold up at the port of arrival!

Agreed - it’s wild! They practically give the sports design kit away with the GTS! (compared to the cost with the other trims)

Credit to the guy, he mentioned it before the MY26 models were announced - I assumed he was wrong when it didn’t show on the MY26 configurator - until a month later when they released the GTS…I may have waited had I believed it was imminent at the time!

That’s a shame (if the GTS is what you preferred -4S is plenty good) Did you try East London?

The October builds are all on their way to their respective dealerships, Unlike Vienna, there’s a sea between mine and the factory, so mine is still waiting for a ferry - next one departs on the the 14th

One thing I didn’t consider when ordering was the colour of the wheels, I went with jet black metallic to match, but I never actually considered how the other black options (high gloss or satin) would compare… For those that went black on black, any thoughts?

I’m in the same camp as you, I did enquire about body colouring those parts, it is possible aftermarket, but I opted for a turbo instead to avoid any hassle at the end of the lease it does look really nice, surprised they didn’t body colour the mirrors after all that effort though!

Is there an easy way to find out which ship it’s scheduled to be on, or do I just have to wait for TYD to update and work it out afterwards?

I’ve checked the shipping schedule, the next two ships leave 06/11 and then 14/11, I’m hoping it makes its way on to one of those….

Oooooh I finally received an image! I wasn’t expecting it as the build finished last week and the car is now sat in Emden But appreciate it nonetheless!

Mine has made it to the German port of Emden TYD is saying it won’t leave for another 3 weeks though…

I didn’t expect it to be announced so soon either. I ordered the Turbo in mid-September for an October build — otherwise, I’d have gladly waited for the GTS and saved the extra spend!
