Baffles the mind that the software on a vehicle this expensive can’t handle two user accounts. I have had this type of hiccup but not to the same degree. We have two users. Just came off of my free year of charging and the second user often had difficulty initiating charging from the free account.
Received an email invitation yesterday to the Cayenne event at my dealership in San Francisco for “Thursday June 23”… which is a Tuesday if that’s the date. Will have to clarify.

It looks like in the Bay Area two are open in San Jose and one is open in Larkspur; I am going to be up that way on Thursday and will check it out. Looks like three more opening soon (SF, Daly City, Pacifica)...

Car was idle in my garage for three weeks while we were away. At 41% when we left. After about ten days it was at 31%. Then it remained at 31% until we used the car about a week after arriving home. So after a month it lost about 10% but all in the first two weeks.
I have to close my door twice probably 80% of the time. Having come from a BMW it is really disappointing they have not figured out how to have a great door closing experience. BMW is the best at that IMO.
Update on Solution:
I brought my car into the dealer for the scheduled service to look at the issue. I told them I did not need a loaner car and they could take a few days as I was in no rush to get the car back.
