My car went in for a few minor niggles. Charge flaps were on the list and they informed me that Porsche AG are working on a fix, but no solution yet. Service manager said he suspects new flaps will be fitted to affected cars.

Mine does similar, with reduced power when battery is low and cold. This behaviour is completely different from the Taycan where you could comfortably run it down to 2% or 3% and the range was still In proportion with the remaining battery.

Agree part is wrong shape. Looked at others in the opc car park, all the same. So either bad batch of flaps, or someone got it wrong

Hardware part only relates to preconditioning from app And not the other connectivity issues some people have been having

I have been told by Porsche , the inoperability of preconditioning from the app is in fact a hardware fault in the cars and not software. Will require a dealer visit once they workout what the solution is, however no time frame
