    I can’t say I have noticed that behavior but I don’t use it very often. I find it hugs the right line way more than I am comfortable with. I’m not sure if that is by design.

    I installed just the front FitCamX and have been happy with it. I tapped into the rain sensor and noticed it does record when I’m charging.     The only way to precondition the battery is having a charger set in your nav. I did a 500 mile road trip a few weeks ago and charged twice at EA. Both times were 270 to start and then went down as the battery filled.
