  1. Remote parking

I mostly trying it out to learn how it works, just in case I need to extract the car from a difficult space. If it was reliable, it would be helpful, but the system limits (proximity of walls/fences 'too close') render it pretty limited.
  2. Porsche charging service UK

    D'oh!
  3. Drive Assist | GJ7 option has disappeared from configurator for US 2027 models?

Yes I just noticed that Drive Assist and Remote Park Assist are both 30% cheaper on the UK site for the MY27. A few other options are also reduced, base prices of course increased slightly, just 1.6% for the 4S.
  4. Remote parking

I went and checked the Porsche website, it seems that PX9 option is now UK £1778 instead of £2625, and Drive Assist GJ7 is now £884 instead of £1419 back in March this year. Oh, Spider wheels are £2780 instead of £3655, and rear side airbags are now standard! The UK Macan 4S MY27 base price is...
  5. Tilting passenger-side mirror when reversing.

The enable/disable "Automatic lowering of side mirrors" specific option I mentioned above is not in the Macan 2025 manual. It does of course describe how to setup a lowered mirror position for personal settings, as was posted earlier in the thread.
  6. Remote parking

Yes, I have “Remote Park Assist including 3D Surround View, Comfort Access and Porsche Digital Key” - a UK £2625 option.
  7. Air conditioning launch remotely

When you park the car, do you get a 'Goodbye' screen? On my car, it shows a pre-condition: When I send pre-condition from the app, the time for the car to activate is short, maybe ~5 secs.
  8. Remote parking

I have MY26 (June 2026), and optioned Remote Park Assist including 3D Surround View, Comfort Access and Porsche Digital Key, so far, I have found it to be somewhat unreliable, especially the 'remote' part. Let me explain: Parallel parking, pretty good Parking exit mostly fails with "driver take...
  9. ROUTE MONITOR - NAVIGATION

Yes very odd, and I observe SOC at destination goes up to 97%, when you start at 96%... hence the issue of the topic. I wonder, does the planner take into consideration the driving style of the profiled driver?
  10. Tilting passenger-side mirror when reversing.

Since I was confused by this thread, I thought the latest updates might help others (maybe only with newer models, mine is MY26): The manual now highlights a setting for automatic mirror tilting: enabled/disabled The manual procedure is as before, can be adjusted and saved to a profile...
  11. UK - options price and lead time.

Gtechniq on my invoice listed at £999, but ultimately they had bundled it in with the price we agreed. I am wondering whether back-to-invoice or vehicle-replacement is best for GAP (ref), given prices will likely continue to go up. Porsche GAP is bak-to-invoice?
  12. ROUTE MONITOR - NAVIGATION

Yes I notice this too, when travelling home. The nav wanted me to stop for a brief topup as estimated remaining range at destination was 12% - target in route planner was 20%. I have a home charger so didn't need to do that. I was initially confused by the route and needed to read the manual...
  13. UK - options price and lead time.

I was offered GAP and Tyre, but no wheel cover, I may have to revisit the dealer. My understanding (from a friend) is Tyre/Wheel cover is ~£1200 for 3Y?
  14. UK - options price and lead time.

I have a MY26, it has a 3-pin mains socket and a 12v socket in the boot. I ordered mid-March, delivery ended up being mid-June, but I initially started looking/test drives from Jan. I proposed a number to the dealer, and they accepted. My car had £24k options, including the assist packages, and...
  15. Porsche charging service UK

Yes for non-preferred partners, but it is after 6h where many blocking charges apply after only 2h normally, it does warn you also when charging ** correction for AC, and yes 60 min for DC! For preferred (=IONITY or Porsche places), no blocking charge.
