Take a read of this thread, I personally found the GTS suspension a good bit stiffer than non-GTS, and on UK roads I preferred the non-GTS (I also own an M5 for ref, which has variable suspension).
For anyone else experiencing this issue, I resolved it by upgrading my iPhone to the latest iOS 26 update (I was holding back on that, and the Porsche app was working fine up to ~2 weeks ago).
iPhone with app v19.26.16 build 603 [RoW] is always showing "Something went wrong - There was a problem loading your dream. Please try again later.", but on my iPad the exact same version is working fine. The app previously worked on my phone, but it started showing this message a few weeks ago...
Well, I do like the look of the 22" wheels, and on the 4S with air suspension, the ride is very nice - even on UK roads. So I have in fact included them :) !
Yes, all 3 cars I tried had 22" wheels with air suspension. The 4 and 4S felt 'the same', teh GTS felt firmer, enough to notice. I asked the sales person whether I could soften the ride (my M5 has a 'comfort' mode), but he said 'normal' was the softest. I tried the 'offroad' setting, but it did...
I had the Macan 4 for 2 days, then on a separate day drove the 4S and GTS the day back-to-back. The 4S felt like the 4 wrt suspension/ride, the GTS was noticably firmer as mentioned above.
Yes indeed, however all three cars had 22" rims, so I conclude the GTS does have a stiffer suspension setup - even though the reviews cover the ride in glory - it just was not my experience.
I tested a GTS and found the 'normal' a good bit firmer, which meant feeling bumps/potholes on UK roads - a much less desirable drive for casual driving. On the other hand, the 4 and 4S I drove, felt "much" nicer on the exact same roads, and I knew instantly which one would suit us most of the...
Light and colour balance can affect the final image quite a bit. Here are some pictures of that vehicle (at Porsche Hatfield, UK) from an iPhone 12 Pro, without any colour adjustments:
Oh, I just checked again now, I've gone back from stage #2 to stage #1, but the final collection date remains early June. I had been at stage #2 for the past couple of weeks up to yesterday. I note, my spec still also has air suspension listed, so no hidden spec changes thankfully.
