Whilst Im waiting for the Ayvens lease portal to place my order, would anyone mind sharing rough monthly net costs via UK Salary sacrifice schemes including total cost of car and the annual mileage?
Im probably looking at the £85k mark and 10,000 miles

appreciate this figure can differ depending on how much higher tax is saved etc, just looking for rough amounts

Thanks

I’m a higher rate tax payer and mine (specced to £96k, 12,500 miles per year, 48 months) is coming out at £1,250 including servicing and insurance.

Worth noting though that the gross cost of this plus my pension contributions takes me below £100k annual salary which means my tax free allowance returns so I save another £6k ish per year in tax which makes monthly payments net put at around £750 if I just took it as salary.

Hope that helps.

If you give me a build code; I can see if I can find time to build it in our platform and get a quote.

Thanks so much, yeh knowing the gross and net payment is really useful. Again trying to add/remove options, was hopeful for a £900 net cost.

My build code currently

PSEL5S99

Thinking it’s probably better to remove Paint to sample though!

This is without any tax allowance things like above.

Your spec:
  • Gross - £1,877
  • Net - £1,177
Same spec but Gentian blue:
  • Gross - £1,725
  • Net - £1,082
Just white (in case you want to wrap it):
  • Gross - £1,697
  • Net - £1,065
These rise annually as the new benefit in kind and VED rates come in.

Many thanks again, abit higher than i expected (currently paying £540pm all in net for a £52k car, working out from month to month bottom line) at 12,000 miles over 4 years.

Hopefully i can cutt back a few non essentials and reduce under £1000 pm net.

What lease company is this?

Porsche lease rates are always super uncompetitive. Similar cars like a fully specced i5 touring, a Polestar 3 or even a new EX90 are 10% or more cheaper per month.

Porsche tax is real.

Not sure I can share which lease co.

No again really helpful, and appreciate all you shared.

Yes sounds like there’s not much buying power in the fleet space for Porsche versus other manufacturers, to be expected! Shame as not sure theres an EV out there that matches the drive quality ive experienced with the Macan

No worries.

Whatever you do, avoid the Polestar 3 like the plague. I had one delivered in December that had so many unresolvable software issues (no cruise, no matrix LED, no lane keep, no emergency braking etc) that they bought the lease back. They then promised me they'd delver a new one in time for a holiday where we were driving through France.

Polestar emailed the day before with a 2 line email saying it wasn't coming and that they couldn't guarantee a new date. Then they ghosted me for two weeks.

I would rather walk everywhere for the next 4 years than own a Polestar. It was comparably specced to the Macan, more spacious and £300 a month cheaper. I will gladly spend what I'm spending on the Macan to avoid it.

attached my spec, paying £1149 pm over 4 years 12500 miles per year.
That show's how much higher they think the residuals are going to be for the 4S over RWD.

This is mine.

£1,252 per month, so only £100 a month more but £15k higher spec (which is about £312 a month spread over 48 months).

i was going to go for the RWD but the saving wasn't substantial so just stuck with the 4, the difference was approx £150 pm , so having 4 wheel drive for 150pm extra was worth it, nice spec by the way :)

Thanks! Might not be able to get Papaya as it's no longer a colour from MY26. Waiting to hear back today on if I snagged a MY25 build slot. Otherwise, I'm going with Oak Green Neo.

Yes i had a top spec polestar 3 on loan for 2 months whilst my mach-e was waiting for a part, it was a software nightmare, the polestar giant screen just periodically failing and almost disabling the car functionality in the process, very spacious and luxurious car inside but not really exciting to drive and definitely failed the ‘look back and admire your car’ test (for me anyway)

One of my decision points is whether to pay move up to 4WD, its only £2700 but im hearing that the RWD is a better driving experience
