Won't Accept Fast Charge

Last week, I got a red light when connecting to an EA fast charger. I disconnected, and after a few minutes, it worked. Today, the same thing, but never started working again. I can slow charge using both ports, but I cannot fast charge. Has anyone had this issue?

Yes I had this problem. Had to go to the dealer to get it reset.
