Thumbs Up From a Stranger

My first post. First, I'm really glad I found this forum, as it has answered a lot of our questions. Thank you!

We've had our 4S for less than a month, and in that time we've done one 650-mile road trip and a little city driving. Yesterday we were parked in downtown Salt Lake City and a passerby on foot gave us a thumbs up and a smile. It could have been for some unrelated reason, I suppose, but I'm pretty sure it was because of the car. Sweet. Years ago I had a 911 that got way more attention than I felt comfortable with, but until yesterday I didn't realize how nice it is to get a little acknowledgement that someone else appreciates my car the way I do. I would never have considered an ICE Macan even though it is Porsche's best selling car - but the Macan EV is really on a whole other level. Happy driving!

Congratulations on your new Porsche. I am asked about my Macan 4EV constantly, daily and weekly. Mostly asked, What is the color? (Frozen Blue Metallic) Comments like the most beautiful car makes me happy. I've never had that experience with other car purchases, I am proud of my dream car. Good for you for getting right out there on a road trip!
