Does anyone else have as much trouble as I do with logging into the Finance part of the MyPorsche site? Specifically, to log into my lease and make a payment.
A few months ago they totally changed the system and stopped allowing bank transfers directly and with that they added the the WORST 2-factor log in system I have ever used! It's so bad that I have literally spent hours trying to get it to work and finally just gave up. They want to force the use of the Google authenticator app...with no other options! So if something goes wrong, you are hosed. Maybe on a PC this works but in Mac land, I have had zero success. AND THIS IS TO HELP PORSCHE GET PAID? I hope someone at Porsche sees this and fires the group that developed this system. They clearly do not know what they are doing. Clearly management has never tried to log in and test it.
Anyone know any magic trick to make this work? I just can not believe the average owner has no problems with this. And I am pretty tech-savvy so it's very unusual that I would give up on something like this.
