I know only one case in France that is the same.
This issue seems to be very rare, obviously the vast majority of Macans EV is almost problem free.

My only path is to prosecute, unfortunately... because I can't resell this car without disclosing this dangerous problem (and what is the value of a dangerous car... not so much), I can't use it, they don't want to buy back it and they can't repair it.

This is total madness and absurd, actually I'm cooked!
