Trying to get Porsche support to resolve the following error and get a message if this is a general error on the Macan 4 electric taken out Feb 2025. The car is Swedish registered and the provider for 5G is Telenor. When the month is over and/or the car's 5 GB is over. Then the surfing volume will be topped up at the end of the month, with 5GB which is free.
When I see in the app that the surfing is topped up, I have previously managed to get it started by doing a factory reset. Now this does not work either.
Thank you if I get an answer if this works in your car. so I can inform Porsche because they cannot answer.
